The Test Manager is responsible for:
- Establish and steer the test strategy for the project, program, and release;
- Define, document, and manage a common repository of test methods and processes (Enterprise Test Policy, etc.);
- Provide guidance, expertise, and training;
- Promote a strong “Testing culture” within the Transformation Department;
- Ensure methodological monitoring and continuous improvement;
- Coordinate the scoping phase.
About you!
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Test Lead/Test Manager;
- Strong ability to define and drive test strategy, across projects, programs, and release cycles.
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and experience maintaining enterprise‑level test processes and documentation.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders both technical and functional.
- Ability to promote a strong testing culture within transformation or delivery environments.
- Methodological awareness and continuous improvement mindset staying up to date with best practices.
- Fluent in French and English.
