# KLx, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group, recently launched the K-Tech Community, focused on technological themes, which brings employees together to debate several topics and promote the sharing of knowledge and expertise among all teams. Apart from seeking to increase the operational efficiency, this initiative fosters team spirit and disseminates a common purpose among the employees, promoting a sense of community. These actions are fundamental to creating an organisational culture of learning and innovation, crucial elements for IT organisations to remain competitive in today's technological context in permanent change.

The K-Techs are an **internal KLx project**, giving the opportunity to those who are experts in certain topics to share their know-how, thus creating organisational synergy. On the other hand, the other employees have the chance to learn and broaden their areas of knowledge, participating in the initiatives and events of the communities as an audience.  

The name of the project – **K-Tech Community** – points to what these communities are: "K" for KLx and "**Knowledge**", since knowledge is promoted; "**Tech**" for being the organisation's area of excellence and; "**Community**" for being the main objective of this initiative.

Behind the development of this initiative is **KLx's commitment to increasing the value for the KLxians** - its workers – **and, also, for the customers of the Crédit Agricole Group**, taking into account their current and future needs. In addition, the company aims to specialise its teams in the best reference technologies and methodologies worldwide, promoting more career opportunities internally.

There are currently **five active communities** focused on **Agile**, **DevOps**, **ELK Stack**, **Java**, and **Testing**. These take form through the organisation of initiatives such as **K-Talks**, which bring employees from all hierarchical levels together for interactive learning moments in person. Another example is the **K-Flirts**, organised weekly, which consist of informal brainstorming moments of a restricted group of KLxians, usually oriented towards solving a problem. Each event lasts about an hour and can assume different formats – presentations, debates, workshops, etc - always having a practical component.

*Through the K-Tech communities, we promote knowledge sharing internally and foster an organisational culture of collaboration. Sharing ideas and best practices helps us to create a stronger team and position ourselves as an increasingly strategic IT partner for the Crédit Agricole Group. In addition, any employee can suggest and promote a new community on a new topic. For this reason, if today we have five communities, our expectation is that this number increases, bringing more and more value to our people and clients.*, says **Yannick Labbé**, **Chief of Partnerships**, **Operations Coordination** and **Sourcing** at **KLx**. 

**Training and continuous development of employees** has always been a priority for KLx, becoming **one of the organisation's main investments** and strategies to attract and retain talent. In addition to the K-Tech Community, the company also offers conversion trainings, skill development paths, and language classes. **In 2023, KLx saw a 130% increase in the budget dedicated to training** and is investing around five times more than the average national IT company in this area.

# Gender equality, non-discrimination and work-life balance were some of the areas best rated by employees.

**This recognition, awarded by the global authority on organizational culture, employee experience and leadership behaviors, recognizes organizations where employees feel valued in their work, based on strict evaluation criteria such as communication, credibility, fairness, innovation and respect.**

For this award, employees completed an anonymous and voluntary questionnaire about the company, in which they analyzed and evaluated the organizational culture and people management practices.

**The results show that 90% of employees claim to be able to have flexibility between their personal and professional lives and demonstrate KLx's commitment to diversity and equal opportunities, claiming to be treated fairly, regardless of race or gender.**

By opening the series, KLx took center stage and reinforced its position as a benchmark in human-centered leadership and organizational excellence.

Founded in 2020 and part of the Crédit Agricole group, the company has experienced rapid growth, reaching over 700 employees in just five years, with an ambitious goal of hitting 1,000 by 2026.

But CNN’s recognition went beyond numbers. The episode explored how KLx places people at the heart of its strategy — with a hybrid and flexible work model, sustainable practices, and a strong commitment to continuous learning. Throughout June, KLx took over Lisbon and social media with a campaign inviting top tech professionals to embark on a new professional adventure.

With striking visuals and a language inspired by the world of challenges and video games, the campaign aimed to position KLx as the ideal destination for those seeking to grow, reach new heights, and stand out in the tech sector.

The main goal of the campaign was to promote open positions at the company and attract highly qualified candidates, such as Java Technical Leads, Java Software Architects, DevOps Specialists/Architects, Delivery Managers, and Transition Project Managers, among others.
“Our goal with the KLx Quest was to launch a challenge worthy of true experts. We want to attract those looking for more than just a job — we’re seeking people ready for the next level in their careers. More than filling vacancies, this campaign reflects our commitment to excellence and to those who want to grow with us”, explains Tiago Barbosa, Chief Financial Officer at KLx.

# KLx launched a communication campaign in Lisbon, highlighting the way to better work. The company, based in Oriente, invests on the well-being and training of its employees, promoting a flexible working model and providing an attractive package of benefits.

**“On (y)our way to better work”** is the slogan of the campaign that aims to show that either by public transport, car or electronic scooter, **all roads lead to KLx**. The company, therefore, assumes itself as an obligatory stop for all professionals who seek excellence and want to expand their knowledge in the area of information technologies.

"With this campaign, we want people to understand that KLx is not just another IT organisation. It is a company dedicated to its employees and that provides them with **the necessary conditions to find professional success** and, simultaneously, the much desired **work-life balance**. KLx launches communication campaign and shows the way to better work

# Opening up the events’ agenda of 2024, KLx organised the K-Tech Fair, gathering more than 100 employees for an afternoon of knowledge sharing, games, and tech entertainment. 

The event started with a **presentation by Diana Cruz, project lead**, who recapitulated **what the K-Tech Community is** and the benefits that it brings to its participants, KLx, and the partners from the Crédit Agricole Group. The goals, ambitions and roadmap for the year were also disclosed, letting all attendees aware of the **initiative's direction in 2024**. 

Each of the **four active K-Tech Communities had its own stand**, where the moderators shared knowledge on their area of expertise, promoted **games and challenges**, and invited everyone to participate in the events throughout the year. 

After making a stop at each stand, **the participants were challenged to put their knowledge into action**, competing for the first place on the KLx-style Trivial game.  

The K-Tech Fair saw the presence of the Board of Directors, finishing off with **closing remarks by Elizabeth Pugeat, KLx General Manager**, who reinforced the importance of this initiative for the company and partners, by focusing on employees' development and professional growth. 
The **K-Tech Community was launched at the end of 2023** with the ambition to bring employees together and share knowledge across all teams. 

The current four communities – **Agile, DevOps, Java and Testing** – take form through the organisation of events, such as the K-Talks and K-Flirts, which **gather employees from all hierarchical levels for interactive learning moments**.

K-Tech Fair lands at KLx to promote internal communities

# Technology has taken center stage in all industries, particularly in the banking and insurance sectors. At KLx, we are helping one of our partners of the Crédit Agricole Group stay ahead of the curve, working on an application that creates a fully digital path for the insurance company’s clients. Beatriz Matafome, Manager & Team Lead for this project, revealed some curiosities about the app and the partnership with this client.


**What is the end goal of the application?**

The application is the digital space of our partner's clients. It started out by allowing its users to consult their personal data, contracts, and agency information. However, since we started working on it, in 2019, it has been under a major transformation in order to provide clients with a fully digital path. 
Some of the main digital features that were developed in the past few years include the ability to fill in surveys online, sign contract documents digitally, subscribe new contracts online, report claims online, update banking information for reimbursement or contract payment, and perform contract cancellations online.


**Can you reveal some key numbers about it?**

The application is available 24/7 and has approximately 370000 users. It is a web-application with a micro-services architecture, with 10 different application blocks and interactions with 15 other partner applications. The application treats clients' data, banking information and other personal information, which obliges it to have maximum availability and confidentiality levels.


**What is KLx's scope regarding this application?**

KLx counts on 6 people working on this project and we are responsible for the management of the delivery process, development of all application's evolutions and production maintenance. Regarding technologies, we work with Angular and Java with SpringBoot.


**How does KLx team collaborate with the partner on this application? How is the daily routine like?**

We are able to collaborate extensively with the partner, with a very active role in the decision making process. Because of this, we interact on a daily basis with the client, working hand-in-hand to produce deliveries that fit the partner’s needs accurately. Moreover, every new project is discussed/reviewed/quoted by all the teams that will take active participation on the project. In this sense, KLx team has a continuous relationship with the partner’s DEV teams, Business Analysts, Business stakeholders, Functional and Technical Architects and CISO, allowing us to generate a complete and realistic final version of the requirements.


**What is the partner’s feedback on our work?**

The relationship with the partner is based on transparency and open communication. Therefore, trust is the keyword of this relationship. In this way, the partner's feedback is fully positive.


**What do you personally like most about working on this project?**

This project gives me and my team the opportunity to work with some of the most trending technologies of the IT market nowadays. In addition, we have freedom to create and propose technical alternative solutions that are considered and sometimes adopted. Finally, it allows the team to really engage in open debates with our partner, which strongly boosts the sense of belonging of the entire team.

Working on an app that provides clients with a 100% digital path

# On the National Equal Pay Day, the 14th of November, KLx was distinguished with the *2023 Equal Pay Seal* by the Portuguese [Commission for Equality in Work and Employment (CITE)](https://cite.gov.pt/web/pt).

**This recognition represents KLx’s commitment to treating men and women fairly and without discrimination**, paying equally for the same work or work of equal value.

**In Portugal women continue to earn, on average, 13% less than men**, which demonstrates the critical need to raise awareness of the issue and increase efforts against wage disparities.

The Equal Pay Seal is only awarded to companies whose workforce is composed of at least one-third of women and have a salary inequality rate of less than 1%.

Apart from the salary, **KLx strives to offer the same opportunities to both genders**, for example with the management positions being occupied 50/50 by men and women.

KLx will continue joining efforts to promote gender equality and create an inclusive environment, where everyone feels equally valued, despite their gender, race and ethnicity.

# Following the successful go live of the second module of a staff management application for the Leasing & Factoring company of the Crédit Agricole Group, Magda Encarnação, Team Lead for this project, shared interesting insights about the application, how the daily routine with this partner looks like and what the team ambitions in the future.

**When did KLx start working on this application?**

KLx started working on it in March 2021. At that time, the application had only one module. The second was added in June 2022.


**What is its end goal?**

The application is used for both managing our partner's employees work cycle and the access to the applications they need to work with.
The first module contains all our partner employees' information: their type of contract, their contract start and end dates, the service they work in, the building where they are located, their mobility status, their corporate photo, their manager, etc… When an employee arrives, this information is stored in this module of the application, which then sends the information to the Active Directory in order to create the employee's account with all needed parameters.

The second module allows the employees to automatically have access to certain applications considering their profile, which is built considering the service they work in and the functions they are supposed to perform for our partner. It also allows employees to request for specific software or hardware they need, or request access to other applications that are not attributed by default. This information is then sent to the employees' manager, to the Active Directory and / or to the applications directly, allowing a swift and easy onboarding process.


**What is KLx's scope regarding this application?**

The application is based on another one provided by an external editor. Our four developers are responsible for adding all the new functionalities requested by the partner (integration code) which are not available in the default application (core code). They are also responsible for evolving the application as requested by the numerous projects that our partner has, that implicate changes in the application. For developing it, we use PowerShell, C#, XML, JSON and SQL.

KLx is also responsible for maintaining the application, updating the application's core as requested yearly by our editor and providing assistance to the business whenever needed.


**What has already been achieved and what's left to do?**

The first module is already 100% mastered by our team so what is left is evolving it according to our partner's ever changing needs: whether adapting it to new business rules or needs, reorganisations within the services, requests for new reports, etc… This module has already managed more than 7000 employees, with almost 3000 still working for our partner at this day. 

The second module still has a lot of growth to do. It is currently open to two of our client’s services, managing a total of 493 employees. Our goal is to open it to all the other services so that all employee population is able to use it. For this to happen we still have to develop the connections between our application and all the other many applications used by our partner and also feed our application with the many Active Directory groups needed for certain functionalities.

Our dream is to see all the other KLx partners use this application to manage their employees and application accesses, replacing their own applications by this (one day) more mature, easy to use and efficient application.


**How does KLx team collaborate with the partner on this application?**

KLx starts the day with a 30-minute call to align daily chores, discuss the previous day tasks and… just talk. The team spirit is very important for us so we always start the day this way.

KLx also has regular meetings with our partner to be sure all is aligned perfectly: there is a weekly call to discuss the first module (Run meeting) and another weekly call to discuss the second module (Project meeting). For every other project that might touch the application modules, several meetings are put in place with the team leader to discuss delivery dates, specifications, developing possibilities, needs, charge plans, etc…


**What is the partner’s feedback regarding KLx work?**

The partner's feedback on our work has been very positive since the beginning. After a slower start to get to know and manage the application, we were able to push through and gain total autonomy over the application without the need for our editor's help. After two years we are at "cruise speed" and happy to have a very good and stable relationship with our partner. It is very rewarding to see they we have their full trust for all their coding needs.


**What do you personally like most about working on this staff management application?**

I love that fact that our developments help our partner daily, facilitating their daily tasks and routines. I love that it is a very adaptable application and that we manage to adjust it as needed with just a few days or weeks of coding, so the results are immediate. I have been enjoying seeing it "grow" for these last two years and it is amazing to see how much we already did, turning it from a standard application to a full custom application adapted to our partner's needs.

# KLx, a subsidiary of the [Crédit Agricole Group](https://www.credit-agricole.com/), intends to expand its team in Portugal and integrate 300 more people over the next two years. The company, which works closely with the group's different entities in five European countries, aims to further strengthen its presence in Portugal and enlarge the team during this year and next, contributing to the growth of the Portuguese labour market.

**[KLx campus in Lisbon](https://www.klx.pt/news/a-brand-new-campus-in-parque-das-nacoes) was established in 2020 with the aim of providing advanced IT skills for the Crédit Agricole Group.** Among the activities developed at the campus, where more than €3.6 millions have been invested, are the **development of banking and insurance applications**, as well as **ongoing collaboration with the IT teams of the group's different companies.** 

Currently, **KLx has a team of 450 people and is looking for professionals specialised in new technologies** to meet the growing demands of the market.

The company adopts a hybrid work model, with **120 days of remote work per year**, and invests in **training** to allow its employees to develop new skills and grow as professionals.

KLx wants to integrate 300 more people in two years in Portugal

# Since October last year, KLx managers have been taking part in a tailor-made program built with [ISEG](https://www.iseg.ulisboa.pt/en/) that aims to turn them into better leaders by reinforcing essential skills such as decision-making, time management, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. To mark the halfway point of this training path, a special session was held at KLx last month.

The module started with a **welcome speech by Yannick Labbé** (Chief of Partnerships, Operations Coordination and Sourcing) who stressed the importance of the manager role. Addressing the 40 participants, he said: "Each of you is a sort of orchestral chief. You are in the middle of KLx. Without you we can’t manage people, clients, nor processes. Your action has a meaningful impact for the whole organisation."

The introduction was followed by **two theatrical moments that were the basis for practical exercises**, challenging the managers to analyse the situations and identify what should have been done differently. The first short theatre play showed an onboarding of a new team member, while the second depicted a request to be on call during the night for an employee who was working remotely in McDonald's in Brazil.

**While KLx managers still have six months to go until they finish the training path, there are already several takeaways which can be highlighted.**

According to Tatiana Gouveia, Testing Team Manager, the Management Training Path is a **valuable experience** and has been contributing to her daily tasks. As she mentioned: "All the trainings were enriching. The KLx operational module, in particular, was very interesting and allowed me to better understand the organisation and who to contact in different situations. I further highlight the exchange between the managers of different entities, which has given me the possibility to improve some tasks and processes."

Ana Cristina Alves, Project Director, also highlights the fact that this program gives the **possibility to create connections between the participants**: "In addition to the updated content and professionalism of the professors, the training enables the creation of work relations inside the company, which is indispensable for our daily work and career progression."

Agreeing with his colleagues, Pedro Nunes, Delivery Manager & Business Relationship Manager, says that this training is an **important tool, allowing the managers to improve critical management skills in a very practical way**. "ISEG's approach, with exercises, interchange of experiences and role playing, proves to be the most adequate for both the participants and KLx", he said.

**The “KLx LEADer DNA” program counts 16 training modules and four streams: manage with impact, professional efficiency, leadership and client management.** By the end of it, all managers are expected to be equipped with skills that will enable them to better inspire and motivate their teams.

Since October last year, KLx managers have been taking part in a tailor-made program built with ISEG that aims to turn them into better leaders by reinforcing essential skills such as decision-making, time management, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. To mark the halfway point of this training path, a special session was held at KLx lastmonth.

How is the Management Training Path going so far?

# KLx counts on several teams that work in Agile or are transitioning to this methodology. As a trending topic inside the company, there were two events recently which debated this concept and how to work with this method.

**KLx Agile Community**, led by the experts Apolline Riousse (Project Manager) and Leonardo Miranda (Developer), **organised its first K-Talk on the 22nd of June, gathering 50 KLxians around the topic.** The interactive on-site session was introduced by Cécile Castan, KLx Agile representative at the Crédit Agricole Group level, who welcomed the audience, presented the speakers and explained the work that was done before the K-Talk.  

The event follows another initiative of the Community, the Agile Flirts, which consist of short meetings around specific topics, with the goal of sharing experiences and feedbacks between the participants and retrieving the main difficulties experienced by KLxians when working in Agile. 

Apolline Riousse assumed the stage after Cécile to do a brief, yet comprehensive, **introduction to the concept of Agile, its values and principles, as well as its different frameworks.** This theory was shared in an interactive way, always involving the audience and challenging it to participate.  

**The K-Talk counted with the presence of Xavier Castan, responsible for the Agile transformation in the Crédit Agricole Group**, who also made some remarks, highlighting the privileged position of KLx inside the group. “You have a very special place because you see every specificity from the different entities and you are able to deliver value for each of them, but also to give some feedbacks to improve the quality simply based on the experience that you have in KLx”, he said. 

Leonardo Miranda proceeded with the last topic on the agenda, making the **debrief of the first Agile Flirts**. The goal was to present the insights that were raised during those sessions, such as the appearance of a bug during a sprint or the lack of commitment to the Agile mindset, and provide concrete solutions and workarounds to address the issues and scenarios.

**The discussion about Agile continued the day after, in an online event organised by the IT Business Line of the Crédit Agricole Group to which KLx was invited to be a key speaker.** Cécile Castan shared the stage with Marc Berghmans, PM² Ambassador at the European Commission, to talk about Agile and documentation and answer the main question “Does Agility require having a written frame of reference?”. 

After the presentations, Cécile and Marc engaged in a conversation moderated by Xavier Castan, explaining why and how they did Agile in their entities and what they considered essential to deploy agility. Both agreed that documentation is important, but remaining flexible is key. In addition, engaging people is critical for success. The speakers highlighted the role of Agile coaches and scrum masters to instill the method, as well as the importance of actions that develop the culture around Agile, such as the Agile Flirts held at KLx. 

**More than 50 participants from multiple entities of the Crédit Agricole Group attended the event**, making it possible to raise awareness about KLx work and services within the group.

A week dedicated to Agile, its values and frameworks 

# KLx team who works with one of the retail banks of the Crédit Agricole Group has been adjusting to the Agile principles and methodology since the end of last year. To keep reinforcing skills, KLx welcomed two Agile coaches from this partner, who provided a complete on-site training, with theory and practice.

During the theoretical session, the coaches exposed the **fundamentals of Agile**, explaining the **principles of this methodology, key concepts, best practices**, and how they envision the team (“squads” in Agile terminology) to work. 

The presentation dived deep into the **three roles of the squad** – squad leader, makers and product owner –, as well as in the **five rituals/ceremonies** that should guide it – daily meeting, iteration planning, refinement session, review and retrospective. 

The practical session comprised a **workshop with LEGO** (©Lego4Scrum), used in many Agile trainings across companies. The exercise consisted in building a city or an island based on the Agile coach's requirement, allowing the participants to train what they learnt during the theoretical session, and to put best practices into action during three sprints.

For Apolline Riousse, Project Manager and expert of KLx Agile Community, learning with LEGO is very stimulating and user-friendly, not only providing a clear vision on how to proceed but also showing that Agile requires continuous improvement. "It was nice to materialise the theory of the day before. People get to know the ceremonies and the concept of Agile in a better way; it is a concrete expression of the Agile concepts", she  said.

The partner's Agile Transformation Project was launched in December 2021 to review and simplify it's IT Department. **After several months of transition, since the end of last year, KLx is now operating in Agile mode with this client, following an incremental roll-out.**

Reinforcing Agile skills with an on-site training

# KLx has recently hosted an interactive meeting with one of its partners from the Crédit Agricole Group where the main goal was to collect feedback regarding the new way of working in Agile mode.

The session was chaired by **four key people from our partner** specialised in retail banking, **who assessed the new operational reality in a Q&A dynamic.**

**With the Agile Transformation there are no longer departments or teams in our partner's Digital Solutions & IS Department**, where some of KLx employees are integrated. **Instead, there are “Tribus” and “Squads”.** This change brings some novelties, such as **new roles** – Tribu Leader, Squad Leader, IT Leader, and Squad Members. 

**New tools are also being used** to allow the effective backlog of ongoing topics and assessment of progress, making sure that everyone knows the status of each request.

According to Apolline Riousse, KLx Project Manager and expert the company's Agile Community, **this transition has eased the communication with the partner, facilitating the day-to-day work**. As she said: 

> The daily interactions with the team in France are necessary for the proper functioning of the squad; this is way more challenging and motivating to share progress or blocking points every day. Being Agile facilitates the proximity between Lisbon and Paris, gives more visibility to our work, and allows us to show our value even more.

The Agile Transformation Project of the group's retail bank was launched in December 2021 and aims to review and simplify the IT Department's organisation and processes. After more than 30 collaborative workshops and with the input of many employees of the group, **the transition to the Agile mode started at the end of last year and is now reaching its final steps.**

Adjusting to the Agile mode

# KLx has recently welcomed one of its partners from the Crédit Agricole Group to host the first edition of Green-Hack, an event dedicated to Sustainable and Green IT that gathered 60 participants throughout three intensive days. 

The main goal of the Hackathon was to **bring an innovative user-centric solution to life through Eco Design within 48 hours.**
 
After the presentation of the Hackathon’s goals, teams’ composition, program, rules and evaluation process on Day 1, it was time to go design day and night. **Six teams composed of workers from KLx and the partner specialised in asset servicing participated, pitching their eco-designed solutions on the last day of the event to the jury and an audience of more than 100 people.**

**The winner, Agile Tornado team,** comprised of five people from KLx and two employees from the partner, **proposed the solution AGILADO, an application that provides “a new way to create surveys and receive feedback from customers”,** explained Diogo Bouça, one of the developers of the team. 

Going into further detail, Gustavo Passos, another member of the winning team, said: 

> AGILADO is a solution to retrieve feedback from clients in real time after a demo. It's a dynamic flow where you can create your own survey by choosing from different types of questions (open text, yes or no, etc). After the creation, the client is notified via a portal to fill out the created survey.

The work sessions to build the solutions were only part of the event, which summed up **five keynotes and six masterclasses**. The participants could learn more about user centricity, eco-design, digital environmental impact, DevOps, craftsmanship, functional architecture design and, even, how to build the perfect pitch.  

**Team buildings and entertainment activities** were also part of the Hackathon, which included coffee breaks, yoga classes and DIY demos.
 
The three-day event finished with a **party at SUD Lisboa that celebrated both the end of 48 intensive hours and three years of collaboration with this partner.**

Green-Hack #1 proved to be highly successful, stimulating idea generation and Green IT awareness. **KLx is happy to have actively participated in this event, proposing solutions and contributing to the implementation of Eco responsible innovation.**

Green-Hack #1: three days of sustainable innovation at KLx 

# To share knowledge and expertise across teams, KLx created the K-Talk Communities. With daily activity on Microsoft Teams, these communities aim to gather KLxians around a specific tech topic, improving everyone’s skills. This month, the DevOps Community organised the first-ever on-site event, opening up an interactive discussion that brought together more than 80 participants in-person and online.

Led by Luís Dinis, Head of Architecture and DevOps, and Hugo Gomes, Senior Developer, the first K-Talk held at KLx started with the **presentation of DevOps’ origin and pillars**. 

The speakers explained that DevOps approach means a continuous loop of improvement that is commonly based on six main practices and processes: continuous planning, collaborative development, continuous testing, continuous release and deployment, continuous monitoring, and collaborative customer feedback and optimisation. 

**This approach and culture help teams accelerate software delivery, improve code quality and build a culture of collaboration, eliminating the silos between software development (Dev) and IT operations (Ops).**

Soon after the introduction, the audience of developers, scrum masters and project managers started to ask questions about testing, automated testing, mainframe environments, code control, observability and tools. **The goal was to share daily challenges and experiences while learning from each other.** As Luís Dinis said during the session: 

> This is not a one-direction talk. I’m also learning with you. The only thing I know is to work in this culture: working collaboratively and sharing. For me, it’s all about ‘keep it simple and share it'.

The K-Talk Communities follow KLx investment in training and focus on its people. **At the moment, there are four active communities: Agile, DevOps, Java, and Testing.** Each will have its on-site events, further promoting a culture of exchange of knowledge and expertise across the company.
