KLx, a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole Group, intends to expand its team in Portugal and integrate 300 more people over the next two years. The company, which works closely with the group's different entities in five European countries, aims to further strengthen its presence in Portugal and enlarge the team during this year and next, contributing to the growth of the Portuguese labour market.

KLx campus in Lisbon was established in 2020 with the aim of providing advanced IT skills for the Crédit Agricole Group. Among the activities developed at the campus, where more than €3.6 millions have been invested, are the development of banking and insurance applications, as well as ongoing collaboration with the IT teams of the group's different companies.

Currently, KLx has a team of 450 people and is looking for professionals specialised in new technologies to meet the growing demands of the market.

The company adopts a hybrid work model, with 120 days of remote work per year, and invests in training to allow its employees to develop new skills and grow as professionals.
